My sister and I use the following:
GLAZED NUTS
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter 1/2 cup orange juice 1 cup brown sugar splash of vanilla 1 Tbsp cinammon
Cook all the above in a saucepan until most of the liquid is gone and a glaze is left.
Put in your choice of nuts, we have used this on pecans and walnuts. Mix well and put them on a pan to cool.
They are delicious
