SMOKED FISH SPREAD
1 1/2 lb smoked fish 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp finely chopped sweet pickle 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp prepared mustard 2 tsp minced onion 2 tsp finely chopped celery 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
Remove skins and bones from fish. Flake fish well.
Combine with remaining ingredients and chill.
