FROZEN PEACH MARGARITAS
(A tropical holiday in a glass)
Serves 2

1 peach, sliced and frozen
2 tb tequila
1/4 cup peach or orange flavored liqueur
juice of 1/2 lime
diced fresh peach or 1/2 tb. orange juice if needed

Blend the frozen fruit, tequila, liqueur and lime juice in a food processor until a thick puree. If too thick, add diced peach or orange juice to thin. Pour into chilled glasses & serve.
