LIQUID FRENCH VANILLA COFFEE CREAMER
2 cups instant dry milk 1 1/2 cups sugar 2/3 cup boiling water 6 tablespoons melted unsalted butter (omit butter for a nonfat version) 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (or more to taste)
Mix together instant dry milk and sugar.
Add boiling water and butter. Stir until mostly incorporated.
Add nonfat milk and vanilla extract. Blend with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
Shake well before use.
