BASIC CREAM CHEESE MINTS
FOR USE IN ALL FLEXIBLE MOLDS1 (3 or 4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 or 3 drops
oil of peppermintFood coloring (
paste if available)
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Place all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Knead for 10 minutes.
Place small ball into granulated sugar.
Put sugar side down into cavity of
flexible candy mold. Pressing, unmold.
Store in refrigerator.
