Hello. I made the mocha madelines and added chocolate to it like the recipe said. I'm new to baking, but ive made madelines twice before, and I've never had this problem before. I'm pretty sure I followed the recipe exactly.
Instead of them turning out fluffy like they should, they ended up making a crater in the madeline pan, the last batch I made ended up crispy and thin. Since I'm in high altitude, is that why? What can i do to fix it?
