PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 boxes (1 lb each) confectioners' sugar
2 sticks (1 cup) margarine, room temperature
Peanut butter, to taste
Chocolate coating (recipe below)

Combine milk, sugar, margarine and peanut butter; chill.

Roll into balls and dip in chocolate coating.

CHOCOLATE COATING

1 box paraffin (food grade, click here for info)
12 oz. chocolate chips

Melt together in double boiler.
