Perfect, just about what I was looking for. Grandma used to also do a lemon filling. Wonderful childhood memories from a devoted baking woman who knew her cech recipes. Most of them were in her head, but some I have found in her stash !!! Thank you, now I hope to come close to the wonderful taste I remember 30 plus years ago.
