I remember as a young girl my mother and her sisters always used to serve crusty
buns topped with a ham salad. They would warm them up in the oven (usually
covered with tinfoil). I don't have the exact measurements but the ingredients
are as follows:
1 can of minced ham
mustard
mayo
pickle relish
cheez whiz
onion (optional)
salt and pepper
mix together and spread on buns. Heat until cheez whiz is melted and top is
slightly browned. I recall this being quite delicious.
