When I was a child, my friend's mother made a sandwich filling of black olives,
pecans, and cream cheese. I loved it. I make it now, but toast the pecans. I
don't have the exact recipe, but it is about 4 oz chopped ripe olives to 8 oz
cream cheese and pecans to taste. Yummy!
