I have been enjoying turkey BBQ for years. All I do is slice, chop or pull the
meat off of a smoked turkey-just the way you do from a cow or pig. I sometimes
smoke my own or buy a local smoked one or have even bought one from Sam's or
the local butcher. After I have the meat in the form I want it, I put it in a
skillet with my favorite BBQ sauce. If I am in a hurry Cattleman's is my
standby for off the shelf. I like a lot of sauce so I put about 1/4 cup per
serving with a couple tablespoons of chicken stock or water. I heat all of
this up while stiring to keep it from sticking, but not tearing the meat up any
more. Toast your bun in another skillet or griddle. Put the meat on a toasted
bun with your favorite slaw and top with bun. Some of us like dill slices on
it also. Sounds wierd, but is good. I serve with more slaw, fries, chips or a
marinated vegetable salad if I am feeling guilty and a little heavy on the
scales. Hope this helps. Jeffrey
