You could do this in a sandwich maker if you have one or just grill in a frying
pan like you would grilled cheese.
Put two slices of mozzarella cheese (or shredded equivalent) on two slices of
bread (one on each slice of bread) Spread some pizza or spaghetti sauce over
the cheese ( the reason you put the sauce on the cheese and not the bread is so
it won't get soggy) You can also add some sliced pepperoni or onions or
whatever you would like on a pizza. Close the sandwich and grill in pan or
sandwich maker. You could bring this to work with you and heat in microwave or
eat cold (who doesn't like cold pizza?) I hope this helps, I'm hungry now, I
think I'll make one of these tonight and try for lunch tomorrow, I'll let you
know what I think.
