Thanks for the recipe Jackie.

You were right it is not for Xmas breakfast. We tend not to have big breakfasts here as usually big xmas lunch or dinner. I will try the recipe aa a normal evening meal. We have available tinned corn beef mainly from Argentina and sliced fresh corn beef.
