Hi nreid,
I hope these sound like what your looking for?

At Walmart Super Center they have those gallon jars of dill pickles for a couple of dollars.(Most kids love dill pickles!)I'll try to post some more later.

Dill Pickle Roll Ups:

Wipe off pickles to dry them or the cream cheese wont adhere as well.
Soften cream cheese & mold a thin layer around pickles.
Take a couple of slices of thinly sliced meat such as the deli pastrami, etc.(Carl Buddig brand thinly sliced meats are a good example.)
Let sit in refrigerator till firm, slice into 1/4 inch slices & serve.

Hidden Valley Ranch Oyster Crackers:

1 pkg.12-16 oz.plain Oyster crackers
1 pkg.Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk powder dressing mix
1/4 tsp.Lemon Pepper
1/2-1 tsp.dill weed
1/4 tsp.garlic powder
3/4-1 c.salad oil

Combine dressing mix & oil,add dill weed, garlic powder & lemon pepper.Pour over crackers on cookie sheet & stir to mix.Place in warm oven for 15-20 minutes.

Cheese Popcorn:(I havent tried this one)

1/2 c.unpopped popcorn
3 Tbls.cooking oil
1/4 c.margarine,melted
1-1&1/2 oz.envelope cheese sauce mix

Pop corn in hot oil according to package directions.Place popped corn in large mixing bowl.Pour margarine over warm popcorn, toss to coat.Add dry cheese mix & toss again.Makes 3 quarts.
