My husband's family calls this Irish Baked Ziti. I don't know if it is a traditional dish or just one his Irish family nicknamed. It is very easy, inexpensive to prepare and doubled can feed alot of hungry mouths!

1 (1 lb) box of ziti, cooked and drained
1 (29 oz) can of whole peeled tomatoes
1 lb of sliced DELI cheese, cheaper the better

Place cooked ziti in a 13x9 casserole dish. Break up the tomatoes and add with the juice to ziti. Layer with sliced cheese.

Bake in 350 oven until the cheese melts. Give a quick stir to evenly distribute the cheese and thats it!

This recipe can easily feed 4-6 and doubled up and served with a salad 8-12. Enjoy
