Your problem is with your front loader washing machine. Most of these style machines simply do not work. We finally dumped ours in the parking lot of the store we bought it at with a message if you like foul smelling towels buy this machine! The only fix we found was to purchase a traditional top load washer. Good Luck! In fact a class action law suit was won against Maytag for their Neptune front loader and buyers were able to trade for a top loader.
