BEEF AND BROCCOLI
7 oz (200g) topside beef 2 tbsp corn flour 1 lb (500g) fresh broccoli 3 tbsp peanut oil, divided use 1 tsp minced garlic 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 cup water
Slice beef very thin, coat it with corn flour.
Cut broccoli to floweret then wash.
Heat wok, add 1 tbsp peanut oil. Cook broccoli until soft, then set aside.
Cook sliced beef until brown (don't over cook either), then set aside.
Clean wok; add the rest of peanut oil then add garlic, meat, oyster sauce, water and broccoli.
