I got this recipe from, where else, a friend. It is similar to Instant Russian Tea, but we like it better. I like to put about a cup of the mix in a plastic freezer bag, with instructions attached, placed in a cup and saucer flea market/thrift shop fine and tie it up with holiday printed celophane for Christmas. This year I found cups and saucers at a local charity thrift shop for $.50.

Friendship Tea

1 cup sugar
1/2 Lemonade mix (presweetened)
1 3-oz. pkg. Apricot Jello (I have used orange too)
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
18 oz. Tang
1/2 cup Instant Tea (with or without lemon)
1 tsp cloves

Mix well. Put 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. in cup, add hot water and enjoy.
