Gingerbread House Glue

1 egg white*
1 2/3 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Beat egg white then add cream of tartar and sugar. Beat until smooth and stiff peaks form when beaters or spoon is lifted from mixture.

Editor's note:
*If gingerbread will be eaten use pasteurized egg white.
