I'm searching for a basic chinese garlic sauce base to make chicken and broccoli or chicken and mixed veggies. I'd just like it to taste like the brown garlic sauce take-out from the local chinese restaurants! All my attempts come out either with too much soy or way too bland. any suggestions?
