We have been making croquettes for many years. These are perhaps NOT the original kinds but a variation. Are you looking for beef, turkey, chicken, ham....?? I usually make the turkey ones, but we've also made the beef. Please let me know and I'll post it. We usually deep fry ours first and then we freeze them. When we want some, we just nuke a few. This Year we probably won't be making them, as I won't have time. We might just make Oliebollen, and maybe Gevulde Koeken.
