My mother's family all came from Sweden and as a child I experienced the wonderful smorgasbords every holiday. My favorite was a cold meat dish that sounded like "korv" (I have no idea of the real spelling). It was made from basically from veal and any other leftover meat scraps in a kind of gelatin mold, served cold with a little vinegar poured on top. It was my favorite... but all the old people are gone now and I have no idea how to make it. Please, can anyone help me bring back these memories from my childhood? Thank you, Alisen
