Hi muffin. have had a head cold so have,t visited TKL for a few days. Heres the recipe LAMB CURRY 3 lbs Lamb cubed(leg is Best) 3 onions sliced 3 tomatoes skinned and diced oil 4 cardamon pods split 2-3 cinnamon sticks 1 1/2tsp red masala or more to taste 1tsp chopped fresh mint leaves 1tsp gharum masala 1tsp tumeric freshly ground pepper
Heat a little oil and add whole spices and red masala ,stirfry for 1-2 mins.Add onion and saute until golden with tumeric,add toms. andcook for 2 mins.add meat and stir well,cook gently for 10 mins. Add water,a little at a time,only when the mixture looks dry.Simmer until meat is tender and sauce is thick.season to taste,sprinkle over the mint,gharum masala. I hope you enjoy it it takes about +-2hrs to do.Brilliant in a slow cooker 8hrs on low. Hope you,re keeping well. Love Julie
