^_^ at your reply... I would like to help you finding that recipe... Please describe your noodles for me as there are TOO MANY varieties! You mentioned it is "curried"? I reckon it is INDEED a Southeast Asian style because Far East (where I came from originally) doe NOT use much of curr stuff... (And we have been laughed at because our curry is veyr mild and not much spice in it...) Anyway, I think that my mother-in-law might know about it because she is one of the best "chef" I know in this area!
