bean thread noodles. Bits of meat and veg is added (rather like fried rice)
and there is curry powder but it doesn't need to be too hot. I think that it's
a bit tricky to get the right mix of flavors just like with fried rice. It can
be very good or it can be flat, as if something is missing and you can't put
your finger on it. There are probably 100 ways to make this, I just have to
find the one that suits my taste. Thanks again. Hope all is well in Mel. Aus.
For once we are having a proper spring here. So often we just go from winter
to summer. I have hundreds of narcissus, with a few hyacinths, up at the
moment and I just love it!
