My Grandmother did not cook many ethnic (Swedish) dishes, but had a habit
of using leftover mashed potatoes in her meatloaf. I have NEVER found a
recipe such as this (nor did I ever know my Grandma to USE a recipe!)-
have you? How about a good recipe for (again, possibly Swedish) creamed
rice prepared on the stovetop with milk?
