you can add a couple spices (together or one spice is enough) to tea
One is ELACHI you have to crush it and add it to tea , then you can strain
it out if you want but the taste will be there
Another is GINGER, which you have to scrap the skin off and crush it and add
to your tea
When you make the tea don't make it by adding hot water to a tea bag in a
cup.
For two cups of tea= add half a cup of water to a half a cup of milk , add
the spice, boil it, once it boils add the tea bag /or tea leaves, then strain if
necessary. That's it.
