don't substitute beef for the pork, I believe that Heinz or Campbells makes
Kosher baked beans without the pork, so that would work well. The meat isn't an
important ingredient here.
Do you have a pot roast recipe that uses coffee? Someone I used to work with
told me that their grandmother made her pot roast this way. Sounds interesting
at least.
