my dh took me to scotland to celebrate my 40th b'day. What a wonderful trip. I have printed your recipe as i did find haggis delicious. Of course when you are in scotland that is the thing to try. We were at a small in on the isle of skye. Haggis was flying out of the kitchen so i went for it. Very enjoyable. I am not sure if i will make it...but thanks very much for posting the recipe.
