to whom it may concern, i would like to ask for a descriptive characteristics of the rice dish arroz caldo (filipino term) or rice porridge with chicken. i believe this is also a variety of congee of the chinese.
arroz caldo: rice porridge with chicken meat, ginger, garlic, onions, salt, fish sauce.pepper, casubha or saffron, green onions and fried garlic for toppings
