Broccoli Raisin Salad
2 bunches raw broccoli, chopped into florets 1/2 medium red onion, chopped 1 cup raisins 10 to 12 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sugar 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
Mix broccoli, onion, raisins, and bacon in a large bowl. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar and pour over broccoli mixture. Refrigerate 3 hours or more. Can be made one day ahead.
