Hi M.R,

I found MANY recipes online for this dish! I asked a friend of mine what it translated to, and she said "pineapple fried rice". There are many versions of it, but this one was the closest I found to what you mentioned.
Also I didn't know if you had it in the pinapple shell, or just on a dish, alot of the recipes cut the flesh out of the pineapple and when it's all cooked, put it back into the shell and eat it from there.
