GARLIC AND BREAD SOUP: Sopa de Ajo Serves 6
3 tb olive oil 6 garlic cloves 6 cups chicken stock 6 slices toasted french or Italian bread 6 eggs chopped cilantrillo salt and pepper to taste
Saute the garlic cloves, previously crushed, in the oil. Add the chicken stock and boil. Add the cilantrillo and continue cooking. Add the eggs and continue cooking at medium heat. Put the toasted bread slices, one at the bottom of each soup bowl. Add one of the boiled eggs over the bread in each bowl. Finally, add the heated chicken stock. Buen Provecho!
