New Orleans Style Cocktail Sauce for Boiled Shrimp and Raw Oysters Yields about 1 1/4 cups sauce
1 cup Heinz Ketchup 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish juice of 1 lemon 1 tabsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce Tabasco to taste
Blend all ingredients. Add enough Tabasco to your taste.(This can easily be doubled if more sauce is needed.) Cover and chill.
