After having spent two weeks in Egypt I found my favourites to be: Tammia - vegetable (mostly beans I belive) green fried balls eaten warm with a salad - delishious!
Tahena - oil and spices to dip the pitabread in before dinner. Very good!
Now I would like these recipes if someone has them.
The name or spelling might be different but this is what I've found on the menues.
