Portuguese Broa (Corn Bread)
Directions are for small, (medium) or ((Large loaf))
Water - 2/3 cup (1 cup) ((1 1/3 cups)) Olive Oil - 1 1/3 Tbsp. (2 Tbsp.) ((2 2/3 Tbsp)) Salt - 1/2 tsp. (3/4 tsp.) ((1 tsp.)) Sugar - 1/2 tsp. (3/4 tsp.) ((1 tsp.)) White Cornmeal - 2/3 cup (1 cup) ((1 1/3 cups)) Bread Flour - 1 1/3 cups (2 cups) ((2 2/3 cups)) Yeast - 1 tsp. (1 1/2 tsp.) ((2 1/2 tsp.))
Use Basic White Bread setting.
