Stewed Kuzukiri Noodles
1 packet Japanese kuzukiri noodles 40g spinach (diced) 40g red chilli (diced) 80g pickled cabbage (diced) 80g minced pork 40g garlic (minced)
Seasoning: 30g soya sauce 10g thick soya sauce 10g sugar 5g sesame oil
Method: Soak noodles in hot water until soft. Stir fry all ingredients with noodles in the wok for 1 minute. Add seasoning and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
