Hi, Cathy in Tokyo,

Since you have access to the real thing, may I ask if you have a recipe for yatsuhashi senbei, the cinnamon cookies that are a Kyoto specialty? My friends occasionally ship the crisp ones in, but I can hardly ever find them in Japanese stores here. And in Japan there's also a fresh, soft version. None of my Japanese cookbooks has a recipe, nor have I been able to find one on the Internet.
