Thanks, for the wonton mee recipe I will definitely make it. In this case, I am definately meaning 'wat' as in the Chinese word wet …'tan' meaning egg & … 'ho fan' as in rice noodle [instead of wontons & mee]. This hawker dish tastes like 'kuay teow' in that it has that smokey flavour & the noodles are a dark brown, but it has a thick gooey starchy egg sauce poured on it. Usually, there is some 'choi sum' & either pork or sea food on the noodles. It is f a b u l o u s !!

I will continue looking around, if I find it, I'll post it. Maybe your mother - in - law might know? Oh ! "Kung Hei Fat Choy" or Happy Chinese New Year!! Lily
