Does anyone have a good authentic recipe for mexican rice and refried beans? I would love a mexican rice recipe that includes vegetables in the recipe to encourage the kids to eat their vegetables in a more appetizing way. I would also love an authentic recipe for refried beans that I could make at home where I control the fat content. Thanks so much!!!!!
