Red Dates & Gingko Nut Tea
A chinese tradional drink, this can be served warm for comfort or cold as a pick-me-up! **These red dates are NOT the ones for baking. They are dry, red and round in shape. Get the ones deseeded for easier cooking as the seeds make dishes bitter in taste. You have to get them in an Asian grocer or Chinese medicine shop.
