BG/chicago gave a great link to an indian recipe site that has the best butter chicken i'd ever tasted. (recipe posted here on TKL.) i just love that dish and i make it on special occasions as it's a bit troublesome. but it is GOOD! i usually serve it with homemade naan to scoop up the sauce. fat stuff but it's ok to sacrifice the waistline every now and then!

thanks for reminding me of this greta stuff. maybe i will make it again soon.
