have not made moo shu vegteables but moo shu pork though. basically it's stir-fried pork with eggs. you can eat it wrapped in mandarin pancakes.

i recall susan/hawaii said that thai ice tea is often spiced but the one i tasted in thailand so many times had not seem to have spices them? i think it's the taste of the tea leaves? don't know... i just make it this way. hope this helps.

Thai Iced Tea

1/4 cup Tea, Thai, strong (If not available, use a very strong tea you have, Not flavored herbal tea!)
1/2 cup Water, boiling
2 tsp sweetened condensed Milk (or more, in Thailand, they make it very sweet but i don't.)
Ice, cubes
Mint leaves, optional

Combine Thai tea (i.e., the powder), boiling water, and sweetened condensed milk, stir until blended. Pour into 2 tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves. Makes 2 servings.
