Hello.
This is a wonderful Portuguese marinade.
I make this all the time as my g.mother and mom made it before me.

It takes vinegar, oil, crushed red pepper, garlic whole and allspice and sometimes cumin. I do it without measuring.

What I do is take a big glass jar with a lid and make a up a batch. Refrigerate it.. but I don't know exactly how long it will keep. I use it so much I don't keep it around long.

Put your meat to marinate at least 24 hour in it.

If anyone has a variation of this recipe I would love to have it.
