I am looking for a recipe to make paletas. It is the spanish word for popsicle, but much more superior to the popsicle. You can go any where in Mexico and you will find them. They are made with all natural ingredients from fruit and fruit juices, and have chunks of fruit in them and are sweetened naturally and with some sugar. They are out of this world, unlike any frozen deliacacy on a stick. There are copy cats in the American stores but thay don't hold a candle to the ones you get in Mexico. Thank you
