I am looking for a recipe for a German rye bread which is light in color, almost a grey. It has a firm texture. Perhaps it is the kind of rye grain which makes the bread light instead of dark, or perhaps it is the recipe. My sister-in-law had some of this bread with her when she visited and she gets the bread through mail order. If you know of this bread and can supply the recipe I would be very happy!
