Does anyone have a recipe for Cretan rusks which are served all over the island as a meze with grated tomatoe, olive oil, feta cheese and oregano. Its texture is rough and uneven. On the upper surface the fibres of the wheat and barley can be distinguished. They are sold in mostly a round shape and are usually a brown colour.
