Thank you for the "Cretan Dako" recipe. Unfortunately we cannot find the rusks here in Hawaii and I would like to make the round barley rusks which have distinquishing bran/barley flakes and quite a light texture - not dense at all. I've experiemented with various recipes but have not come up with the correct one.
