I attended a Phillipine-American event a few years ago where we sampled many foods. One was a dessert food made of rice-it was sticky and sweet;reminded me of caramelized sweetend condensed milk mixed with cooked rice. I am part of the Diversity Committee at work and we are highlighting Asian Cultures this month with "A Taste of Asia" the last Friday of the month and I wanted to make this rice dessert if someone can help me out with a recipe. I live in New Orleans East where we have a high population of re-located Vietnamese families and we have a lge number of Vietnamese Grocery stores so Asian recipe supplies should be fairly easy to find.
