1 totilla, flout, 7-inch steamed
1 que beano refried beans
2 oz beef or chicken, cooked and shredded
1/4 oz cheese, cheddar, monterey ot 1 america, grated
1 guacamole
1 sour cream
1 salsa

In center of flour torilla place refried beans, shredded beef or chicken and grated cheese. Fold envelope style, rolling with edges tucked in. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve garnished with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

Makes 1 serving

You can double this and make as many as you want.
